AI Engineer: Hybrid Paris, On‑Device GenAI & Equity

Mendo is hiring an AI/ML engineer to own the AI workstream for a product area. You will train, evaluate, and operate models and features that run in production, collaborating with CTO and engineering squads in a hybrid Paris setup.

With 3–5 years of ML/AI experience, you’ll fine-tune LLMs, manage data and evaluation, and maintain performance, cost, and latency. The role offers equity (BSPCE) and a strong learning culture.
