Your challenges

• Develop and deploy deep learning, reinforcement learning, and graph neural networks for predictive analytics and automated decision‑making systems.
• Implement state‑of‑the‑art NLP solutions for sentiment analysis and document processing, utilizing tools like spaCy and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Build systems leveraging vector databases such as Weaviate, Pinecone, and Milvus for real‑time, context‑aware data retrieval.
• Design and develop autonomous and multi‑agent systems for dynamic decision‑making and complex task management in trading environments.
• Deploy and maintain AI models at scale using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and TensorFlow Serving for seamless production workflows.

What you have

• Proven experience in AI or machine learning, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
• Familiarity with data tools including Pandas, NumPy, and HDFS for analysis and storage.
• Experience with vector databases for similarity‑based retrieval systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

What’s Good To Have

• Experience with generative models (e.g., GANs, StyleGAN).
• Knowledge of MLOps and automation tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with real‑time processing tools such as Flink or Kafka.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
