The role

We are looking for a senior AI engineer with strong experience in platform design, security and scalable systems. This role is focused on building production grade AI systems that operate reliably across teams and products.

As an AI Engineer, you will design and build the orchestration layer for multi-agent systems inside the ENSO platform. You will work on production challenges such as orchestrating agents across workflows, enforcing security and guardrails, and ensuring traceability and reliability at scale.

This is a platform role with impact on how thousands of users operate. What you will do

Design and build multi-agent orchestration systems and reusable AI capabilities across APIs, shared services and data contracts

Ensure secure and reliable AI systems through guardrails, policy enforcement, auditability, logging and traceability

Develop and integrate event driven architectures with existing backend systems to enable scalable automation

Prototype, deploy and continuously improve agents and evaluatio
