Role Overview Ran iah Recruiting is hiring a AI engineer for the Data department. This Freelance exists to strengthen delivery, improve team outcomes, and create measurable business impact in a Remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own core delivery for the role and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Build reliable solutions that match business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Translate requirements into clear execution plans and measurable milestones.
• Improve workflows, documentation, and quality standards across the team.
• Analyze problems, propose practical solutions, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Support hiring, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team growth when needed.
• Track results and continuously improve the quality, speed, and impact of delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Master or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years in Data.
• Proven ability to operate at Intermediate level.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Ability to demonstrate strong practical knowledge through projects, previous roles, or assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-moving teams with clear ownership and strong communication.
• Familiarity with ATS-friendly documentation, structured collaboration, and measurable delivery.
• Spoken languages: English, French.

Technical Skills

• TypeScript.
• Ability to use modern tools, documentation, and reporting practices to support reliable execution.
