AI Engineer

We’re building an AI-first workspace for consulting firms and recruitment agency, already live with clients.

Your mission:

• Develop and enhance product features on our main stack (NextJS, Python)
• Contribute to AI/NLP features, including LLM integration and TTS/STT functionality
• Participate in architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performance
• Contribute to automated tests, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices
• Work closely with founders and product team to iterate quickly based on user feedback

Your profile:

• Strong skills in Python and NextJS
• Experience or projects in AI, LLMs, MCP...
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Scaleway...)
• Rigorous, with a taste for clean code, testing, and best practices
• Startup experience is a big plus but not required
• Early-stage startup with fast growth
• Work on impactful AI-driven product already adopted by clients
• Diverse challenges at the intersection of tech, AI, and UX
• Rapid learning, ownership, and potential equity for a future full-time position
