AI-Enabled E-Learning Developer – Sales Enablement

CooperVision in Europe seeks an experienced E-Learning Developer – Sales Enablement to shape and deliver learning programmes that boost commercial performance across EMEA. You will design frameworks and enablement systems, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Medical and Sales Effectiveness leaders to translate priorities into scalable learning experiences and AI-enabled knowledge.

Responsibilities include owning onboarding and product excellence, creating blended digital and ILT journeys,
