AI-Driven Test & Validation Manager

Agatha Inc. is seeking a Test and Validation Manager to define, maintain and improve validation processes across the product lifecycle. You will lead governance from requirements through release readiness, with a strong focus on AI-enabled testing and documentation.

You will drive risk-based validation, ensure traceability, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Quality teams to deliver compliant software releases in a SaaS environment requiring GxP awareness and data integrity.
