AI-Driven Solutions Engineer — SaaS Integrations

Shippeo is seeking a Solution Engineer in Paris on a hybrid basis, joining a global SaaS team. You will bridge customers, product engineering and customer success to resolve complex integration issues, build AI-driven workflows, and accelerate issue resolution.

You will own end-to-end technical challenges, lead incident responses, and drive permanent architectural fixes with cross-functional partners. Fluency in English and French is required for seamless global collaboration.
