AI-Driven Product Delivery Director

Theodo seeks a senior product leadership professional to manage a team of Lead Product Managers and Product Managers across multiple projects. You will oversee careers, development plans, and ensure delivery quality, timelines and value creation for clients and teams.

You will collaborate with the Group PM and participate in practice leadership and pre-sales efforts. You will drive staffing decisions, build development plans, and lead events to strengthen team cohesion and the practice.
