AI-Driven Performance & Strategy Lead

Pony is seeking a Performance & Strategy Manager who will work directly with Clara, our co-founder, as part of Pony’s founders’ office. You will own performance and objective management across the company, ensuring aligned KPIs and clear accountability.

You will run the performance cycles, cascade objectives to teams and individuals, design and implement an AI-first operating system, and own governance forums from MBR to All-Hands.
