AI-Driven Engineering & Delivery Leader

Valtech is seeking an Engineering & Delivery Manager to lead multi-division delivery and AI-enabled engineering across the client BU. You will set standards, drive production-grade delivery, and balance onshore/offshore resources while partnering with the BU CTO.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep engineering experience, and a bilingual French/English working fluency, with a focus on AI-first delivery, governance, and measurable outcomes across Paris-based operations.
