Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Development Lead to support the implementation and technical delivery of a Sprinklr Contact Center chatbot solution . The successful candidate will play a hands‑on role in configuring, developing, integrating, and enhancing Sprinklr capabilities while working closely with the Technical Lead and project stakeholders.

This position requires strong technical expertise within the Sprinklr platform, particularly its Contact Center capabilities and Email product, combined with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
