About the role Dust is building the infrastructure that allows teams to integrate AI agents into their daily operations. As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will guide enterprise clients through the adoption process, ensuring they successfully implement our platform to transform their workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage the initial 60 to 90 day deployment phase for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Act as a primary advisor to help clients align their business goals with platform capabilities.
• Develop and lead training sessions tailored to various user personas, from technical staff to executive leadership.
• Uncover and implement high-value use cases within client organizations.
• Track adoption metrics and resolve obstacles to ensure clients realize value quickly.
• Create scalable educational resources, including playbooks and guides, to foster customer self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales and success teams to refine deployment workflows and handoff procedures.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to influence future development.

Requirements

• Proven track record in digital adoption, enablement, or education for enterprise-level clients.
• Experience managing large-scale product rollouts across organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Practical experience using AI products and workflows in a professional capacity.
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to create repeatable systems and frameworks.
• Capacity to operate with high initiative and ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple customer needs while maintaining high quality.

Nice to have

• Background in consulting, customer success, solutions engineering, or other customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience with transformational deployments for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with agent-based platforms, prompt engineering, or AI-native workflows.
