Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Programme Delivery Lead to support a major manufacturing client in Paris. The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering AI-focused initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives. This position requires a combination of strong delivery management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience working within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data specialists, technology teams, and external partners
• Develop and maintain programme plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management frameworks
• Ensure AI solutions are delivered in line with agreed business outcomes and operational requirements
• Drive communication across senior leadership and project teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery challenges
• Support change management and adoption activities throughout implementation phases
• Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting structures

Required Experience

• Extensive experience managing complex technology or transformation programmes
• Demonstrated success delivering AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Data initiatives
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
• Experience working with global stakeholder groups and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced international environments
