AI Builder — Emerging Talent (French Market)
We are looking for early‑career talent to join our AI Builder cohort and build agentic solutions for Fortune 500 companies. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy real‑time AI agents using cutting‑edge tools such as Cursor, Claude, and our own Vibes coding product. The role is built for hands‑on development, mentorship, and skill acceleration in both technical engineering and sales.
Technical foundation required. Builder mindset non‑negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for client companies.
- Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Support the full technical lifecycle by architecting, building, debugging, and deploying scalable production systems in JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients to transform business challenges into agentic solutions, leveraging consultative skills to meet real‑world needs.
- Iterate rapidly—test, break, fix, and ship solutions, repeating the cycle to deliver continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering; an AI native mindset.
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object‑oriented programming, and real‑time infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and customers.
- Write high‑quality, maintainable code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Comfortable working in group chat environments focused on building.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time to work directly alongside clients.
- Fluent in French and English.
