That’s why we’re building a talent pipeline for an AI Builder , focused on agentic transformation—designing intelligent solutions that simplify work, automate processes, and unlock real business value. While this role isn’t open just yet, we’re excited to connect with people who want to be part of this journey from the start

What this role will be about:

In the near future, you could be:

• Designing and building AI-driven agents that automate specific steps in business processes, freeing up time for higher-value work
• Partnering closely with business process owners and teams to understand how processes truly operate and identify where AI can have the biggest impact
• Translating real-world needs into practical, tailored AI solutions—from early concept and prototyping through to daily use
• Supporting the transition from prototype to production, including implementing guardrails for safe deployment and maintaining a human-in-the-loop where needed
• Ensuring solutions are intuitive, useful, and genuinely adopted by the teams who rely on them
• Acting as a connector between technical possibilities and business realities, making AI practical and impactful

• Have a strong understanding of how business processes actually work—and how they can be improved
