AI Adoption Lead

Salary linked with experience/background - 75k-95k€ base

Tech environment:

We are partnering with an international consumer platform undergoing a major AI transformation across the business. They’re looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Lead to help redesign internal operations using AI agents, automations, workflows, and mini-apps.

This is NOT a pure strategy or governance role.

They want someone who can both:

You’ll work directly with leadership, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale impactful AI initiatives across the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes
• Partner with stakeholders across all departments
• Drive AI adoption and internal evangelization
• Build and deploy AI workflows, agents, and automations
• Present transformation impact and KPIs to leadership
• Stay on top of emerging AI tooling and implement relevant solutions

Ideal background:

• Engineer with experience in Change management
• Technical profile with strong business acumen

Must-haves:

• Experience in stakeholder management and change management
• Experience building with AI / automation tooling
• Comfortable interfacing with senior business stakeholders
