AI Adoption Lead

Salary linked with experience/background - 65k-85k€ base

Tech environment:

We are partnering with an international consumer platform undergoing a major AI transformation across the business. They’re looking for a hands‑on AI Transformation Lead to help redesign internal operations using AI agents, automations, workflows, and mini‑apps.

This is NOT a pure strategy, PM, or governance role.

They want someone who can both:

• drive AI adoption across business teams
• and jump into execution themselves

You’ll work directly with leadership, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale impactful AI initiatives across the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI workflows, agents, and automations
• Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes
• Partner with stakeholders across all departments
• Drive AI adoption and internal evangelization
• Present transformation impact and KPIs to leadership
• Stay on top of emerging AI tooling and implement relevant solutions

Ideal background:

• Technical profile with strong business acumen

Must-haves:

• Experience building with AI / automation tooling
• Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders
