AI Accelerator Power Architect — Cross-Stack Leader

MatX is seeking a Power Architect to drive cross-stack power tradeoffs for server-class AI accelerators in Mountain View. You will own the shared power architecture framework, define budgets and targets, and build estimation models that translate architectural intent into real-world implementation, collaborating with architecture, RTL, DV, PD, and platform teams.

You will surface cross-functional power tradeoffs through the product lifecycle, shape power-control features, throttling, and
