Agile IT Process Lead: Kanban & Transformation

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking an Agile Coach and IT Process Lead for IT Applications to oversee IT processes across Hamburg, Porto, and Pécs. You will drive optimization, standardization, and transparency with a strong agile mindset, enabling teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

You will lead ~120 employees, promote empowerment, and ensure governance, KPIs, and workforce planning while driving continuous improvement and transformation across the organization.
