Agile Coach
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the enterprise-wide adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This role goes beyond team-level coaching and requires a strategic change agent capable of coaching leadership on Lean-Agile mindsets, driving cultural transformation, and enabling the shift from traditional Waterfall models to a value‑driven Agile organization.
The Agile Coach will assess Agile maturity, facilitate major SAFe events, build internal Agile capabilities, and ensure long‑term sustainability of Agile practices across the organization.
- Agile Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
- Assessment: Conduct initial Agile maturity assessments to understand the current state of teams, tooling, and culture.
- Value Stream Mapping: Lead workshops to identify Operational and Development Value Streams to organize teams around value delivery.
- Implementation Plan: Design and execute a rollout roadmap for launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) aligned with business strategic themes.
- Execution & Facilitation (SAFe Events)
- PI Planning: Drive the preparation and facilitation of Program Increment (PI) Planning events, ensuring alignment on vision, roadmap, and dependencies.
- Cadence Governance: Establish and coach the organization on the necessary cadence of synchronization events (Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
- Dependency Management: Implement mechanisms to visualize and manage cross‑team and cross‑ART dependencies.
- Coaching & Capability Building
- Executive Coaching: Coach executives, managers, and leaders in the Lean‑Agile mindset, helping them shift from "managing work" to "enabling teams."
- Role Coaching: Provide direct mentorship to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Product Managers/Owners.
- Training: Deliver certification training (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams) and customized workshops to upskill the workforce.
- Measurement: Define and implement key metrics (Flow Velocity, Flow Time, FlowLoad) to measure the success of the transformation.
- Relentless Improvement: Facilitate Inspect & Adapt workshops to identify systemic impediments and drive continuous improvement across the train.
- Certification : Certified SAFe®️ Program Consultant (SPC) is mandatory. Additional certifications (PSM II/III, CSP, ICP‑ACC) are a plus.
- Proven experience leading a SAFe transformation in a large enterprise or government entity (launching at least 2–3 Agile Release Trains).
- Demonstrated experience delivering SAFe training courses to diverse audiences (from developers to C‑level execs).
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle resistance to change with empathy and firmness.
- Proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira Align) to visualize flow.
Senior Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer
Business Unit: Strategy and Transformation
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in automation, Azure‑native services, and modern DevOps practices.
You will build and manage cloud‑native solutions and automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and YAML to enhance delivery speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
Design secure, scalable architectures across the Azure platform while contributing to a high‑performance engineering culture within an Agile/Scrum environment.
This position requires strong hands‑on expertise in automation scripting and the ability to proactively improve system monitoring and observability.
- Architect and Implement: Build robust Azure cloud solutions, leveraging services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), API management, SQL Database, and various Azure‑native components.
- DevOps Mastery: Define, optimize, and maintain Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Bicep, and PowerShell scripting to streamline deployments, configuration updates, maintenance, and provisioning tasks.
- Innovate: Conduct proof‑of‑concepts for emerging Azure technologies and Gen AI applications.
- Platform integration: Integrate and manage key platform services, including Storage, Networking, Identity, and Monitoring, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end operations.
- Well‑Architected: Implement secure, scalable designs following best practices for availability, performance optimization, and cloud security.
- Collaboration: Work within Agile/Scrum teams, partnering with developers, cloud engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, cloud‑ready solutions.
- Analytical skills: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in cloud and DevOps environments, applying strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Optimize: Ensure solutions are cost‑effective, high‑performing, and reliably secure.
