• SAFe experienced (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise)
• Scaled Agile

Technical Skills

• Coach teams on effective execution of Scrum ceremonies through Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
• Coach teams on effective meeting facilitation: Creating agendas, driving to desired outcomes, root cause analysis.
• Coach teams on how to decompose high level requirements (BGOs) into User Stories using techniques such as User Story Mapping.
• Influence: Scrum Teams and Product Owners. Fundamentals: Scrum, Project Inception, Meeting Facilitation, Lean and Kanban.
• Perform daily updates to business and IT leaders on team progress.
• Manage daily project deliverables and update rally/project plans.
• Coordinate with 3rd party teams on system needs, requirements, issue resolution and expedite solution implementation.
• Facilitates the daily scrums.
• Ensures that the team adheres to its chosen process and removes blocking issues.
• Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive.
• Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions.
• Shields the team from external interferences.
• Participates in Scrum of Scrums for large Programs.
