Agentic AI Engineering Manager

Within our AI & Data practice , we are looking for an AI Engineering / Agentic AI Engineering Manager to lead the design and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for large enterprise clients.

In this role, you will lead delivery streams and cross-functional teams, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions and ensuring quality execution across the entire lifecycle — from problem framing and architecture design through to deployment and adoption.

You will contribute to defining solution architectures and implementation strategies, spanning ML systems, LLM-based applications (RAG, copilots, automation), and emerging agentic systems (multi-agent workflows, tool-augmented reasoning).

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take on a client‑facing role, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, while contributing to reusable assets, best practices, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI projects, from design to production deployment
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures (ML pipelines, GenAI applications, agentic workflows)
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions: RAG architectures, prompt engineering strategies, enterprise‑grade LLM applications
• Contribute to the design and implementation of agentic AI systems: multi‑agent architectures, orchestration workflows, tool‑based reasoning
• Design and implement hybrid knowledge systems: vector databases, embedding pipelines, knowledge graphs for search, reasoning, and memory
• Define and implement LLMOps practices: evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management of GenAI and agentic systems
• Ensure the integration of responsible AI, governance, and security mechanisms into solutions
• Lead the development of PoCs, MVPs, and their industrialization into production systems
• Facilitate client workshops, technical discussions, and design sessions; present architectures and trade‑offs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, cloud, data, security) to deliver integrated solutions
• Coach and mentor team members (analysts, consultants)
• Contribute to business development (proposals, client presentations)
• Participate in the development of internal assets, accelerators, and best practices

Your Profile

Education & Background:

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in computer science, data science, machine learning, mathematics, physics, or a related field
• Experience in AI, ML, or advanced analytics, including experience in consulting or client‑facing environments
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end AI or GenAI solutions in production
• Experience in team management and project leadership
• Certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP, ML/AI) are a plus

Technical Skills

• Programming & ML: Strong command of Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), with a solid understanding of ML systems in production
• Generative AI & LLMs: Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, LLM integration, and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), including hybrid approaches (vector + graph, Graph RAG)
• Agentic AI: Knowledge of agent‑based systems: multi‑agent workflows, orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), tool‑augmented reasoning
• Knowledge Systems: Experience designing hybrid architectures combining vector databases and knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune)
• Data & Engineering: Proficiency in data pipelines, distributed processing (Spark), and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
• LLMOps / AgentOps: Experience in deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management (MLflow, LangSmith, Weights & Biases)
• Cloud: Hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI)

• Experience with GenAI or agentic systems in production
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
• Experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or regulatory compliance (e.g., the AI Act)
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or large enterprise environments
• Open‑source contributions or publications in AI/GenAI
• Advanced certifications or specialized training
