About the Role

Swiss Life is a leading player in insurance and wealth management. We are looking for an Entrepreneurial Agent to create and develop a portfolio of insurance clients in life, prudential and health insurance. The agent will manage his own activity and profit margins while receiving comprehensive support from Swiss Life.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop a client portfolio in the personal insurance market.
• Prospect new clients and build a network of prescribers (e.g., accountants, lawyers).
• Commercialise high‑quality life insurance, prudential and health products.
• Manage the commercial activity to ensure development and profitability.
• Provide personalised advisory and solutions adapted to each client’s life and professional evolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in personal insurance or wealth management.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and a desire to build and lead your own business.
• Competitive spirit and a proven ability to meet challenging sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
• Well positioned within your region with a personal and/or professional network.
