Your Future Missions and Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will involve supporting sellers and buyers in realizing their purchase or sale projects. To help you succeed, Efficity provides various services: training, field support, customer service, business leads, and professional tools.
Your Daily Missions
- Prospecting and developing your property portfolio
- Searching for new properties to sell
- Estimating properties based on market conditions
- Providing personalized support to sellers and buyers
- Marketing properties
- Writing and broadcasting attractive ads
- Organizing visits with potential buyers
- Implementing effective communication and marketing strategies
- Supporting clients throughout their journey
- Advising sellers and buyers at each step
- Negotiating offers to reach agreements
