Responsibilities and Tasks
Your daily role will involve supporting buyers and sellers in their purchase or sale projects. To help you succeed, Efficity provides various services: training, field support, client service, business leads, and professional tools.
Daily Tasks
- Prospecting and developing your property portfolio
- Finding new properties to sell
- Estimating property values based on the market
- Providing personalized support to vendors and buyers
- Marketing properties
- Creating and posting attractive listings
- Organizing visits with potential buyers
- Implementing effective communication and marketing strategies
- Advising clients at every stage
- Negotiating offers to reach agreements
