Position

Agent(e) administratif(ve) des Finances Publiques, 12‑month contract under the PACTE, subject to evaluation and potential permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain state accounting.
• Manage, control and collect taxes.
• Handle human resources and budgetary management.

Eligibility & Conditions

• Must comply with the general access conditions to public service positions.
• Either: age under 29 with no diploma or qualification below the baccalaureate; or
  • age 45 or older, unemployed for at least 12 months, and beneficiary of social minimums (ASS, RSA, AAH) without a diploma.

Training

• 10‑week specific training delivered by the École Nationale des Finances Publiques (Clermont‑Ferrand, Lyon or Noisy‑le‑Grand).
• Travel and accommodation costs borne by the administration (except for the Noisy‑le‑Grand location).

Professional Attributes

• Motivated, autonomous, rigorous, responsive, and teamwork‑oriented.
• Basic computer skills desirable.
