After-sales Manager

You will be responsible for the tasks assigned to you at our Lanne Soubiran (32) branch .

WHAT IF IT WERE YOU?

Your missions, should you choose to accept them...

Workshop Management & Customer Relations

• Ensure full workshop management: customer calls, invoicing, warranty management, etc.
• Monitor after-sales requests (repairs, claims, technical information) and provide regular customer follow-up
• Advise customers on maintenance, equipment use, and warranty procedures

Technical & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and coordinate the daily activities of technicians in compliance with our safety, quality, and environmental policies
• Organize interventions according to technical and strategic guidelines
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and preparation of new or used equipment, regardless of complexity
• Optimize efficiency and productivity while ensuring high-quality service

Administration & Reporting

• Update customer databases and after-sales records
• Propose improvements to internal procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency
• Report to management on results, incidents, and performance indicators

Profile Required

• Higher education qualification (management, maintenance, or equivalent required)
• Experience in after-sales service or B2B customer management, preferably in agricultural machinery
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational ability, and customer-oriented mindset
