Affiliate Manager (iGaming, network) HR InX to $3500

For over 10 years, we’ve been building and scaling marketing solutions for the iGaming vertical across international markets. We specialize in performance marketing , delivering high-quality, consistent traffic for our partners. Now we are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager who will become a key player in developing our affiliate relationships and growing the affiliate channel. This role is truly unique — you’ll be working with active partners, building long-term relationships, and directly impacting the company’s financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the affiliate network within the iGaming vertical;
• Maintain and optimize existing affiliate accounts while developing long-term partnerships;
• Identify and onboard new affiliates, negotiate and finalize commercial terms;
• Handle daily communication with partners and provide full operational support;
• Analyze traffic performance, key metrics, and ROI to identify growth opportunities;
• Develop and implement strategies to increase both the volume and quality of affiliate traffic;
• Ensure adherence to agreements and achievement of KPIs;
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and analytics teams to maximize traffic and profitability results.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager in the Gambling or Gaming vertical (experience in affiliate networks is a plus);
• Proven track record of managing affiliate portfolios and developing affiliate programs;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships;
• Solid data analysis and performance measurement skills;
• Ability to work independently and achieve set goals;
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication and negotiation with international partners;
• Strong technical understanding of tracking systems and affiliate platforms.
