AFC Compliance Lead, France — AML/KYC Strategy

Qonto is seeking a Head of Anti-Financial Crime Compliance (AFCC) for France, based in Paris, to lead a pivotal AFC function evolution. You will secure the quality of high-risk customer decisions and scale KYC/KYB processes, serving as a trusted second-line partner to Product.

You will work with Florence who leads AFC Compliance, manage AFC specialists, and shape how evolving French and European AML/CFT requirements translate into safe, efficient products and processes.
