About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our company’s growth. In this role, you will be the "Project Provider"—the engine responsible for identifying new market opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into long-term projects. You will manage the entire sales funnel, from the first point of contact to closing the deal and handing over the project requirements to our technical team. Your goal is to build a steady pipeline of software development and digital marketing projects that align with our company's core strengths.

Requirements

• Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to find and reach out to potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and freelance platforms).
• Sales Management: Experience in managing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) pipeline and moving prospects through the sales cycle effectively.
• Technical Literacy: A strong enough understanding of web development (Python, Django) and digital marketing to accurately explain our services to non-technical clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Excellent communication skills with a "closer" mindset—the ability to handle objections and finalize project contracts.
• Market Research: Ability to identify trends in the tech industry to suggest new service offerings or target specific niches.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable working independently to hit monthly or quarterly project acquisition targets.
