Aesthetic Regional Sales Leader (Carolinas)

Galderma is seeking an Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager for the Carolinas based in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team of Aesthetic Business Managers, drive B2B sales strategy, and partner with marketing to deliver regional revenue growth.

Responsibilities include coaching ABMs, developing regional sales plans, forecasting, pipeline management, and maintaining relationships with dermatologists and aesthetic accounts. Travel about 40–50% is expected.
