Aerospace Seats Industrialization Lead

Safran Seats seeks an Industrial Projects Leader to drive the industrialization of aircraft seat assembly programs and product evolutions from development to series production. You will oversee schedules, resources, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Methods, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include managing QCD performance, coordinating risk management, and leading the setup of assembly lines and tooling in a cost- and quality-conscious
