Aerospace Project Manager - New Products Introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Supplier Management.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and risk management to ensure on‑cost, on‑schedule, and high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams, sponsors, steering committees, and customers.
• Serve as the local ETO process expert, deploying the process and continuously improving it within the manufacturing unit.
• Contribute to the development of innovative aerospace products for demanding applications.
• Interact with project teams, sponsors, steering groups, and international customers.

What We Expect You To Have

• Experience leading projects in a team environment.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Master’s Degree in engineering or a related field.

The Following Qualifications Are Considered a Plus

• Project management certification.
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
