Aero Technician B1

The organization is an international airline based in South Pacific and a key player in air transport. Operating a modern fleet (including A330neo and A320neo aircraft, with upcoming A350-900 integrations), the company is recognized for its high safety standards, operational quality, and technical performance.

2. Scope

• Location : Based at La Tontouta International Airport (shifted working hours).
• Contract Type : 12-month fixed-term mission (temporary reinforcement).
• Role Purpose : Perform line and base aircraft maintenance operations under the Technical Directorate to support fleet reliability and upcoming long-haul network expansions.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Line & Base Maintenance : Perform, validate, and sign off scheduled maintenance and defect rectifications on assigned fleet aircraft in accordance with approved procedures.
• Troubleshooting & Workshop Tasks : Execute maintenance tasks on aircraft components and workshop equipment; record all interventions using maintenance management tools.
• Flight Support & Off-site Missions : Assist team leaders and serve as an accompanying technician during flight escorts, off-site station interventions, and ferry flights.
• Operational Readiness : Support emergency/crisis situations, handle operational hazards, and ensure technical tools/equipment remain in optimal working order.

4. Qualifications

• Education : Higher technical diploma in aeronautical maintenance (BTS or equivalent).
• EASA Part 66 B1 Licence with valid APRS (Release to Service) authorization.
• Airbus A350 Type Rating is required.
• Airbus A320 (PW1100) and A330 (Trent 7000) Type Ratings are considered strong advantages.
• Proven experience in commercial aircraft line and base maintenance.
• Professional proficiency in English (technical aviation standard).
• Excellent adaptability, teamwork, clean criminal record (Casier judiciaire vierge), and a valid Driver's License (Permis B).
