• Support commercialization strategy for advanced biotech cosmetic ingredients
• Facilitate introductions to premium skincare brands and manufacturers
• Advise on market positioning and brand strategy
• Provide guidance on fundraising strategy and investor outreach
• Contribute to strategic partnerships and global expansion

Celyra is currently building its board and is looking for someone with BD experience in cosmetic ingredient formulation. This person will complete a board with other profiles including regulatory specialist, and a CDMO advisor.

Background

• Senior experience in premium or luxury cosmetics (e.g., skincare brands, ingredient suppliers, or aesthetic skincare companies)
• Proven track record in B2B ingredient commercialization, strategic partnerships, or brand development
• Experience working with global cosmetic manufacturers and high-end skincare brands
• Strong network within the cosmetic, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine sectors
• Experience supporting fundraising, strategic partnerships, or investor relations
