Campaign Management: Coordinate the end-to-end launch, management, and reporting of campaigns, ensuring expectations are aligned across all partners.
Performance Optimisation: Proactively monitor campaign performance and evolve strategies to improve results against agreed KPIs.
Strategic Advising: Use data-led insights to demonstrate how we are maximising the impact of partner spend, ultimately driving continued investment on the platform.
Requirements
- Proven Advertising Sales Experience: Significant experience in an advertising sales or account management role, ideally within a fast-paced digital environment.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong understanding of the advertising landscape, spanning both brand awareness and performance marketing.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives.
- Data Storytelling: Proven ability to use complex data sets to tell a compelling story and inform strategic recommendations.
- Operational Excellence: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without losing pace.
