Advanced Word and PDF Workflow Reviewer

IXO is engaging specialists to evaluate complex Word and PDF workflows completed with professional document discipline. Your contribution is technical work: make the reasoning inspectable, identify substantive errors and provide evidence that supports a reliable assessment.

Work you will do

• Review formatting, comments, tracked changes and version handling across substantial documents.
• Create or assess forms and templates, extract and consolidate information, and check advanced PDF behavior where relevant.
• Evaluate regulated or standards-sensitive document workflows and provide practical guidance on reliable handling without exposing confidential material.

Required background and routes

• At least three years of intensive professional Word/PDF work and a related master's, PhD or JD.
• Advanced formatting, tracked changes, review and markup, with experience delivering in Fortune 500 or similarly complex/regulated settings and handling sensitive material appropriately.

Preferred background

• Legal, healthcare-administration, research, government-consulting or finance/real-estate operations backgrounds; advanced PDF forms, signatures and secure handling, plus evidence of complex document delivery. US residence is preferred, not universal.

Deliverables

Submit the completed technical artifact or assessment with its supporting evidence, explicit assumptions, reproducible checks where applicable, and concise reasons for each material judgment. Address review findings within the agreed scope.

Location and schedule

Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with no guaranteed weekly volume. IXO confirms the applicable timing before work.

Pay and working terms

$25 $60/hr USD. The agreed hourly rate, scope, schedule and acceptance criteria are confirmed before work starts. Applying does not guarantee an assignment.
