The role

As part of our Data & AI team, you will help leading brands unlock the value of their customer and marketing data through Analytics, Customer Experience, Personalisation, and AI initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams, helping clients design and implement modern digital analytics, customer data, and audience activation solutions across the Adobe ecosystem.

Role responsibilities

  • Lead Analytics and customer data initiatives for major international clients.
  • Design and implement measurement strategies, tracking plans, and data collection frameworks.
  • Configure and optimise Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Support audience creation, segmentation, and activation use cases.
  • Contribute to Customer 360 and customer data platform (CDP) initiatives.
  • Design and develop robust, scalable data pipelines.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI, Personalisation, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Support clients in leveraging customer data for personalisation and AI‑driven experiences.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives around AI, Generative AI, and next‑generation customer experiences.

Must have qualifications

  • +6 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Data, or Marketing Technology.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks and tracking strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience working with web and mobile analytics implementations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data and analytics solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Adobe Analytics certification.
  • Experience working in consulting or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, personalisation, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies, AI, and Generative AI.
  • Ability to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proactive, client‑focused, and solution‑oriented mindset.

Nice to have qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience with Real‑Time CDP or other Customer Data Platforms (Hightouch, Lytics).
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and activation.
  • Experience with GTM, Adobe Tags, or tag management solutions.
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Azure.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with AI and personalisation use cases.
