Administrator advising on parliamentary business of FR language
Europe of Sovereign Nations (ESN) Group in the European Parliament has decided to open the procedure for filling one post of Administrator (AD 5) as temporary agent for its Secretariat in Brussels. The ESN Group is a newly founded political group consisting of 27 parliamentarians from Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, France, Lithuania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary, aiming to restore sovereignty and self‑determination to European nations.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in and follow up on legislative work in committees.
- Assist Members in their duties by providing opinions and advice.
- Advise ESN Members especially in the ITRE committee.
- Draft amendments, briefing notes, voting lists, minutes, summaries, and analysis on relevant subjects.
- Maintain good contact and communication with other political groups and EU institutions.
- Liaise with other groups and EU institutions regarding ongoing files.
- Organise and follow‑up meetings.
- Contribute to communication activities necessary for the smooth running of the Group.
Requirements
- National of an EU Member State; full rights as a citizen; no criminal record.
- Completed university studies of at least three years or equivalent professional training.
- Fluency in French (good knowledge) and English; knowledge of other EU languages is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills.
- Methodical approach, discretion, adaptability to varying workloads, teamwork in an international environment.
- Availability for high frequency of meetings, irregular working hours, and frequent travel, including monthly days in Strasbourg during plenary sessions.
