Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and callers courteously and professionally.
  • Using a multi‑line phone system to answer and route calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Preparing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, inputting data, and completing billing processes for assigned staff.
  • Receiving applications from clients, requesting and obtaining medical/treatment records, scheduling appointments, setting up case files, filing, and creating written correspondence.
  • Documenting client information, interactions, and services into the case management system throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Utilizing office equipment and relevant technology (software and systems) to meet office needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of and/or experience working with persons with disabilities.
  • Experience providing effective front‑line service to the public, including responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining professionalism in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience performing routine administrative and office support functions.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with case management systems.
  • Knowledge of or experience working within a team setting.

Salary Grade Range : $39,244 - $68,679

Recruitment Range : $39,244 - $49,000

Hybrid‑teleworking schedule available to include weekly onsite work hours.

Position is funded in part through federal funds .
