Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative operations (direct purchasing management, indirect purchasing management, sales administration)
- Lead a team of 6 employees
- Ensure the efficiency, reliability and compliance of all administrative processes
- Coach and develop your team
- Manage supplier onboarding and compliance
- Supervise the purchasing workflow
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to standards
- Manage the company vehicle fleet and real estate assets
- Ensure compliance and internal control
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) such as DSCG or a master's in finance, management or accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales administration, procurement management or accounts payable
- At least 2 years' team management experience
- Comfortable working in a multi-tool environment (Salesforce CRM, Esker DMS, SAGE X3 ERP)
- Proficient in SAGE X3 or an equivalent ERP (required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of purchase invoicing
- Understanding of supplier compliance requirements
- Understanding of the sales administration (order-to-cash) cycle and contract execution
- Experience in energy renovation or construction work is a plus
