As an Administrative Assistant, you are the pillar of our daily organization. You facilitate internal communication, support teams in their administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth coordination of operations.

Profile Sought

• You hold a two-year degree in administrative management, secretarial studies, or equivalent.
• You have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
• You are proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You are organized, meticulous, and have a sense of service.
• You enjoy working in a team and know how to manage multiple priorities at once.

Your Contribution to Success

• Manage calls, emails, and administrative documents with precision and responsiveness.
• Organize meetings, travel, and company events.
• Manage client and supplier files, as well as order tracking.
• Participate in optimizing internal processes to enhance team efficiency.
