The profile we are looking for
As part of the eco-organizations department, you will work in an environment that requires adaptability, organization, rigor, and curiosity. You will demonstrate autonomy in carrying out your tasks and possess strong interpersonal skills, essential for the successful completion of this role./p>
You have a proven track record of success in a generalist administrative or sales assistant role./p>
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have previous experience working with an ERP system. You have some knowledge of invoicing and a good understanding of business processes and customer service standards./p>
What will your responsibilities be?
Under the supervision of the Eco-organization Manager, your duties will be as follows:/p>
- Ensure the complete administrative management of the service cycle, from its creation to its closure./li>
- Ensure the reliability and updating of information entered into the ERP and the various business information systems./li>
- Contribute to the billing process by ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines./li>
- Check the conformity and consistency of administrative documents with regard to the operations carried out./li>
- Ensure the entry and monitoring of data in the various computer tools, respecting the given deadlines./li>
- An initial telephone contact with the person in charge of recruitment./li>
- An interview with the Eco-organization Manager and a member of the HR department./li>
