Job Description

For our office in Paris, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing administrative workflows, process documents, and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
  • Provide administrative support for logistics coordination: prepare and send documents to external stakeholders (customs, freight forwarders, partners, subcontractors, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the IT system.
  • Administrative preparation of packing and delivery instructions.
  • Book services related to relocations: parking permits, furniture lifts, sea container reservations, dismantling/reassembly specialists.
  • Other responsibilities may evolve according to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in administrative work.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Good knowledge of office software tools (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 equivalent) or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous professional experience desirable.
