Job Description
For our office in Paris, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing administrative workflows, process documents, and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
- Provide administrative support for logistics coordination: prepare and send documents to external stakeholders (customs, freight forwarders, partners, subcontractors, etc.).
- Maintain and update the IT system.
- Administrative preparation of packing and delivery instructions.
- Book services related to relocations: parking permits, furniture lifts, sea container reservations, dismantling/reassembly specialists.
- Other responsibilities may evolve according to business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in administrative work.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Good knowledge of office software tools (Microsoft Office suite).
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 equivalent) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Previous professional experience desirable.
