Job Title: Sales Administration

Location: France

Job Description Summary

  • Support the full sales administration cycle, ensuring accurate customer data, compliant orders, and smooth internal coordination.
  • Validate quotes, process customer‑approved orders, and maintain high‑quality service for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure efficient commercial operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support onboarding within the Sales Administration function.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify and update customer information, including tax data, addresses, and contacts.
  • Provide support for all inquiries related to customer accounts.
  • Validate customer‑approved quotes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor CPQ quotes to confirm alignment with customer orders.
  • Assist sales representatives when quotes or orders do not meet established rules.
  • Resolve daily issues related to quotes, orders, and customer account data.
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for efficient order processing.
  • Support implementation and improvement of sales administration processes.
  • Participate in onboarding and training new employees when required.

Essential requirements

  • Two‑year post‑secondary diploma or equivalent education.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple tasks.
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
