Are you an experienced finance professional with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills?This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights that support executive decision-making.
A Finance & Administration Manager to oversee accounting, financial management, and administrative operations while supporting the company’s growth strategy and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the company's accounting, financial, and administrative functions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare and oversee:
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Analysis
- Financial Dashboards
- Management Reports
- Ensure compliance with group accounting standards and financial policies.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Financial Planning & Business Analysis
- Collect, structure, and analyze financial data to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations that support profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all tax, accounting, and social obligations.
- Coordinate tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.
Administration & Operational Oversight
- Supervise and organize administrative processes to ensure effective business operations.
- Establish and maintain efficient financial and administrative procedures.
- Monitor document management, reporting workflows, and compliance activities.
- Drive process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and reporting reliability.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and management teams.
- Participate actively in business planning and company development initiatives.
- Support investment decisions, budgeting activities, and growth strategies.
- Provide financial insights that contribute to long-term organizational success.
- Lead and support finance and administrative teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize workloads and ensure high-quality execution across all responsibilities.
- Coach and develop team members while promoting operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as:
- DSCG
- Business School Degree with Finance Specialization
- Equivalent Finance Credentials
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial leadership or finance management role.
- Experience in a multi-site or multi-entity environment is highly desirable.
