Administrative and Accounting Manager

• Manage and lead the accounting function at the Antibes site, which oversees six Legrand France industrial sites
• Prepare the site’s monthly accounting close and enter Group reporting data within the required deadlines
• Maintain accounts under both French GAAP and IFRS
• Assess the site’s cross‑functional accounting provisions
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and URSSAF
• Implement the guidelines established in Financial Department procedures
• Supervise and validate general accounting, accounts payable, fixed asset management, and analytical accounting
• Prepare and analyze the establishment’s trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement each month
• Prepare the establishment’s trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement in statutory tax format each quarter
• Administer the Financial Department’s information systems (ANAEL, ABEL, SIGAL)
• Plan and organize the Accounting Department’s workload
• Supervise treasury management

Requirements

• Significant experience in general and analytical accounting
• Proficiency in French GAAP and IFRS
• Ability to manage relationships with external auditors
• Good knowledge of Financial Department procedures
• Strong skills in supervising and validating accounting activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems
• Previous management experience leading accounting or finance teams
• Ability to plan and organize work
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
