Your role is key to ensuring the daily management of activities and the reliability of administrative and accounting processes.
Your main missions:
Provide day-to-day administrative support: manage emails and mail, organize travel, draft documents, handle filing and archiving
Support administrative follow-up and invoicing activities: expense control, verification of accounting documents, assistance to operational teams
Manage supplier orders and ensure proper follow-up
Handle phone reception and welcome visitors
Contribute to the logistical and administrative organization of the center
Your strengths to succeed:
Education and experience:
You hold a 2-year degree (Bac 2 or equivalent) in administrative management, accounting, or business support, and have significant experience in a similar position.
