DE SANGOSSE is expanding! We are looking for an Adjuvants Business Director to lead the global strategy of our adjuvants portfolio and support the growth of our international operating companies.

Your Mission As Adjuvants Business Director, you will shape the vision, performance, and strategic development of our global adjuvants business. Your responsibilities include:

• Defining and steering the long-term strategy of the adjuvants range in alignment with Group objectives
• Building Adjuvants 5-year strategic plan and annual budget, contributing to implement them with local management teams
• Leading and prioritizing key projects to enhance / support Adjuvants business (internal/external sourcing, integration, economic analysis, profitability)
• Monitoring economic performance (revenue, gross margin, net margin)
• Managing investment plans and assessing ROI
• Leading an international Marketing & Development team

Location: International scope

Profil recherché

You hold a degree from a leading Business School (marketing specialization) or an Agronomy/Agricultural Engineering background. You have significant experience in crop protection or a similar role within agricultural markets.

You stand out for your:

• Language skills: Fluent English required (French and Spanish are a plus)

• Frequent international travel required.
